Sashy Floral was founded in the SF Bay Area by Poppie Rodriguez to spread her love for flowers.

Poppie is a Bay Area native and a career florist. She fell in love with flowers at an early age as she watched her mom arrange flowers from their garden. As a child she used to always wonder how the different flowers got their colors and what made them all look different from each other.

As the director of the 'What is Home?' series, I had the privilege of highlighting the residents within the properties and their unique definitions of the place they call home. Through this project, I was able to capture their stories and showcase the diverse experiences of those who live in the communities.
